UK Shipping – All products are shipped via 1st Class Royal Mail.
- Orders up to £75 are £3.90
- Orders over £75 are FREE

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I’m here to help.
Returns
To exchange or return please send to Love from Lola, 10 Parkside Close, East Horsley, KT24 5BY.
Please mark clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your full name and order number. If you would like to exchange the item please state exactly what you would like to exchange it for.
Please note that exchanges and returns will only be accepted if in the product is either faulty or returned in perfect condition.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once I receive your item I will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund process will begin using your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty.
