Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and appropriately folded in its original packaging.

Any items that are not returned in the same condition and require additional cleaning, steaming or handling will incur a supplementary charge of £10 to cover the time and resources needed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds
Once your items have been received, a refund will be issued crediting your original payment method within a few business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Sales items bought in conjunction with another discount code or offer, will not be eligible for refunds.
