Nora Shirred Top

A cute little blue shirred sleeveless top with a stand up frill neckline and frilled sleeve trim. The bodice is completely shirred to the waistline and then it has a frill tier at the bottom falling to just above hip level. Great to pair with a loose maxi skirt or a pair of wide leg trousers. Dress it down with a pair of shorts or high waisted jeans. The Nora is a cornflower blue with a thin brown and white stripe.
